FileMan's archiving service is based around a "single fee" pricing structure which has been tailored for law firms so they can easily charge the archiving cost as a disbursement
and have the archived file managed in a convenient, professional and cost-effective manner.
The single fee of $39 per file (ex GST) includes:
- Initial collection of files
- Cataloging of key infomation from the file into the FileMan WebAccess System
- Packaging and Barcoding for each file
- Secure storage of the file for seven years
- Secure destruction
** Firms producing a large number of files may be eligible for volume based discounts.

Our containers are collected and exchanged on a recurring schedule (weekly, fortnightly or monthly) depending
on your requirements. Each file is then catalogued on the FileMan WebAccess System and individually barcoded and archived within our secure warehouse.
When you need to retrieve a file you simply give us a call quoting YOUR file number or request the file online from the FileMan WebAccess or LEAP System. Rather than sending the
whole box of files back, We'll simply send the requested file back to your firm for the low cost of $5 via the DX or $15 via courier.
